Bo Koltnow
comes to the Lehigh Valley from WICU Channel 12 in Erie, Pa. During his
three years in Erie, Bo specialized in investigative reporting. Whether
it was breaking a story on a non-profit group wasting a half million
dollars in public money, or on a developer milking the city for hundreds
of thousands of dollars, tough questions never held Bo back from finding
out the truth.
Before Erie, Bo worked at WDTV in West Virginia. He acquired his
reporting chops while being a one man band, shooting, editing,
reporting, and producing.
Bo hails from Akron, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio University, with a B.
S. degree in Interpersonal Communications. While at O.U., Bo spent a
semester in Cannes, France where he worked at the International Cannes
Film Festival. In Europe, Bo traveled extensively, enjoying the extreme
sporting scene in the Swiss Alps. Continuing his studies in
broadcasting, Bo attended the Ohio Broadcasting School in Cleveland,
Ohio.
When not reporting, you will find Bo at the gym. He is a self-proclaimed
fitness fanatic and a health food nut. Hiking, reading, swing dancing,
and traveling are activities he enjoys in his free time. Bo makes the
Aspen X-Games an annual trip.
