Leave the tongs in the kitchen drawer. We're letting the experts do the grilling in this week's Local Flavor. Rios Brazilian Steakhouse opened earlier this year on South Broad Street in Nazareth. It's in the same place as the former Broad Street Tavern. Rios does its barbecuing a little differently. Everything is grilled over an open-wood charcoal flame. Patrons can pick from 15 to 20 different choices of meat. >> We go around to the tables with skewers with different cuts of meat. You can have as much as you want, you can have whatever you want. You can choose what you like better and what you don't. >> The best part is...it's all you can eat!
