A taste of Italy is on the menu in this week's Local Flavor feature. Anthony's Trattoria has been serving up much more than just spaghetti for some 14 years. It's outside Reading on Byram Street, in the historic Carsonia Park area of Lower Alsace Township. Anthony's is all about keeping it fresh and authentic. The restaurant uses a lot of local produce, and has an herb garden on the premises. Also, the owner travels back and forth to Italy several times a year. That's reflected in the decor and, of course, in the food.

>> WILLIAM SALVATORE: One of the dishes is called Zuppe di pesce you'll find this anywhere in southern Italy. It's a large mixture of all the local, fresh seafood done in a spicy tomato sauce.
