Local Flavor: Asia
We're cooking up award- winning Asian cuisine in this week's Local Flavor. Asia opened two years ago on Susquehanna Street in Salisbury Township, outside Allentown. The restaurant is in a converted house. The goal is making guests feel like they're coming into a home to have a meal. On the menu you'll find classic Chinese favorites with samplings of Thai, Korean and Vietnamese cuisine. Asia has twice appeared on the list of the Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in the USA.
