A Berks County bistro is back and better than ever. Tonight's Local Flavor takes us to Viva Bistro & Tapas Lounge. It's located at Hill Avenue and North Park Road in Wyomissing Square. It was closed for a year because of construction on the square. But it reopened last month. And the place has made some big changes like adding the Tapas Lounge. But don't worry. The old favorites well they haven't changed a bit.

Among those favorites Italian stuffed pork chops, fresh fish, and don't forget the tapas.
