This week's Local Flavor takes us to Paolo's Italian Restaurant. It's located in Northampton. The restaurant's extensive menu features classic Italian food.. served in family sized portions. The owner says he uses the freshest.. locally grown ingredients with an eye on keep meals affordable.
>> PAOLO NOTA: I always had or managed upscale restaurant. And I realize it was time for me to create something a little bit different. And this was the idea that we put together for families.. where you can find this kind of food also in upscale restaurants.. but is more affordable."

Paolo who emigrated here from Italy says he opened the restaurant in Northampton because his wife is from here.
