Gluten-free goodies are on the menu in this week's Local Flavor. You'll find the Good Eatz Green Cafe on Penn Avenue in West Reading. It started as a baking company in Sinking Spring that specialized in gluten-free food for people with Celiac's disease. The cafe is getting ready to celebrate its first anniversary. The menu offers a little bit of everything. The owner prides himself on being able to cater to any and all dietary needs.

>> RICK ALLEBACH: You can come and get an angus burger, you can get beef sliders. You can get a tuna wrap but you can also get a gluten free breakfast, specialty breads, specialty wraps for gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan as well.

Good Eatz uses mostly organic products.
