Burgers And More by Emeril - a play on Lagasse's signature expression, "BAM!" - will join Emeril's Chop House as the chef's second restaurant at the Sands. The menu will feature prime and grass-fed beef burgers, seafood, turkey, and veggie selections.
"I've dreamed of opening a burger restaurant for many years and I'm excited to finally serve up my favorites and some new combinations that you might not expect to see on a bun," said Emeril Lagasse. "This is a fun place where you can kick back, enjoy a great burger with a shake, a beer or a glass of wine."
Diners will also be able to create their own burger by selecting from a list of toppings and housemade sauces.
Carnegie Deli at Sands Bethlehem, which will be only one of three Carnegie Deli locations in the country, will duplicate the atmosphere of its New York City location, continuing the restaurant's tradition of displaying pictures of visiting celebrities on the wall. Its menu will include corned beef and pastrami, sandwiches and cheesecake.
"We're pleased to expand the Carnegie Deli franchise and introduce it to a wonderful and historic city like Bethlehem," said Carnegie Deli owner Sandy Levine. "We hope that Sands Bethlehem patrons will enjoy having a classic deli option among the other great dining options at the property."
"We are so honored that both Chef Lagasse and the Carnegie Deli have chosen to open new restaurants at the Sands Bethlehem," said Sands Bethlehem President Robert DeSalvio. "These two unique restaurants will add to the wide variety of dining options that our property currently offers, and we know that they will be great attractions for our guests."
In addition to the two restaurants, the casino will also open a new lounge, Infusion, on November 22.
