Study: More Latinos Graduating High School
The high school graduation rate for Latinos is up in Lehigh Valley's public schools, according to a new study. Officials with the Lehigh Valley Research Consortium and Muhlenberg College teamed up to do the study for the Latino Education Coalition. The study reports 22% of Lehigh Valley students are Latino, compared to 7% statewide. Officials say many Latino students say they feel isolated in school.
