Miley Cyrus brought her "Wonder Tour" to Philadelphia Wednesday night. And in the front row was a local girl who has a one in four chance of getting a record deal.

>> REPORTER: Like any other 10 year old, Sabrina Carpenter has her favorites.

>> SABRINA CARPENTER: I like Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift. I like Michael Jackson.

>> REPORTER: Unlike other 10 year olds, Sabrina Carpenter has a fan facebook page.

>> SABRINA CARPENTER: I started to get friends from China and stuff. I really thought that was awesome and I'm really just grateful to be where I am and it's really exciting.

>> REPORTER: On a whim last October, Sabrina entered the "Are You a Star? contest on Miley Cyrus' fan website, mileyworld.com, singing Carrie Underwood's "I Ain't in Chicoda Anymore".

>>BETH CARPENTER: You could see that her stars just kept going up and up and up. So we kinda had an idea that she was popular but there were so many entries.

>>REPORTER: Sabrina's video was one of 7,000.

>> SABRINA: But now I'm in the top four and I kinda thought.. well I kinda have a shot at this.

>>REPORTER: As one of the final four.. she's getting the chance to meet Miley backstage and the "Are You a Star?" winner gets a record deal. What's a singer without a stage? Since the contest, the Carpenter's basement has been transformed. In an hour, friends built this stage. They have the stage lights, curtain backdrop.. even a microphone.

>> BETH: I definitely think it's going to be the start of something bigger. Sabrina just has this glow about her, this sparkle about her and she is as sweet as she is talented.

>> SABRINA: I've always wanted to be on disney channel- have my own show. Hopefully someday maybe at a little girl's birthday party they'll have my music on and that would just be an awesome feeling.
