We're taking a trip back in time to the Victorian age for this Local Flavor. Jessica's Tea Room at the Weaversville Inn in Northampton has historical roots. The building dates back to 1835 when it was an inn and a restaurant. Now it's a tea room by day and an elegant dining experience by night. The tea room features 60 different flavors of tea. Guests can snack on homemade scones and finger sandwiches. The dinner menu features traditional Pennsylvania dishes with a creative twist.
