Our Local Flavor of the week takes us to downtown Reading and Judy's on Cherry. The centerpiece of the six-year-old eatery is a large oven in the middle of the dining floor. Owner Judy Henry serves an eclectic menu offering everything from fire-flamed pizzas to clay roasted fish, as well as traditional favorites.>> JUDY HENRY: Over the years, we've learned that using clay vessels we are able to cook a wide variety of other kinds of flavors and ingredients in that restaurant. So our repertoire is quite large. >> Something else to look for is where the restaurant is located. Judy's on Cherry is housed in a 150-year-old building that has gone through many different looks over the years.
